Delivery

FREE deliveries for any order over €99

Deliveries will be made on normal working days, Monday to Friday, and will usually occur between 8.00 am and 6.00 p.m. If ordered before 12.00pm, the delivery will take place the next working day but may take up to 48 hours. Deliveries on Saturdays and Sundays cannot be guaranteed and will incur a surcharge; please contact us at info@premiumbottle.ie

CHRISTMAS DELIVERIES

Christmas is a time when there’s most pressure on delivery & courier companies. We will do our best to fulfil and have your order delivered for Christmas, but please allow at least 2 weeks to give yourself the best chance of not being disappointed. We cannot guarantee delivery. Only Santa can do that.

Do you deliver to International addresses?

Yes – we deliver to some International addresses. Please contact us at info@premiumbottle.ie

Do I need to sign for my parcel?

Yes – parcels cannot be left unattended and a signature will be required on delivery. Our courier will contact you on your delivery day to advise your one hour delivery window. If the recipient is unavailable when delivery is attempted, a card will be left so redelivery or collection from your local depot can be arranged.
If there is nobody in to accept the delivery a card will be left to inform the recipient how he or she can collect the parcel or arrange re-delivery. It then becomes the recipients’ responsibility to contact the courier and arrange a suitable delivery date. We accept no liability if the delivery is not made due to the recipient not being available. If the recipient fails to contact the courier in good time the goods will be returned to us and a charge will be made for re-delivery to that or an alternative address. We therefore recommend sending your order to a work address if appropriate.
In the event that you select a business address we shall be deemed to have delivered the (product/gift) to its intended recipient by delivering it to the reception area of the business address and receiving from a duly authorised representative a signed receipt of delivery.
We will deliver to the address as you enter it and can not accept any liability for late or failed delivery if the quoted address is incorrect. Additional charges will be made for redirection. We are unable to accept orders for delivery to any address containing a PO Box Number.
Premium Bottle Ltd. and its employees cannot be held responsible for an inability to deliver to the specified time due to adverse weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control.
